About Hajun Kang

I’m a curious learner who finds inspiration in the intersection of science, service, and human connection. My academic interests lie in biology, chemistry, and public health, and I hope to apply these fields to improve access to equitable healthcare. I aspire to become a dentist and researcher dedicated to advancing preventive care and community well-being.

I study at GIA Micro School, where the MBacc curriculum encourages students to think critically, conduct independent research, and connect academic learning with social purpose. Immersed in an environment that blends science, creativity, and service, I have grown into a learner who seeks to apply knowledge to address real challenges in health and community well-being.

Intership History

I completed a research internship at AttisLab, where I gained experience in stem cell and regenerative medicine research. I also participated in dental shadowing at an implant clinic, observing various clinical procedures and learning about patient care.
