I participated in a mission trip to rural Thailand, where our student team visited local churches and a drug rehabilitation center. We led community activities, shared cultural exchanges, and provided support to individuals recovering from addiction. The experience deepened my understanding of compassion, service, and the global importance of mental and spiritual health.
